Rodney,
Depest condolances to your family. You were definitely one of the best comics ever. Always good for a laugh. I still love hearing your stuff. Hard to believe you have left us. Keep them in stitches up there. You have earned your rest.

I saw Rodney at Resorts International in Atlantic City in 1981 with a friend. I don't think I've ever laughed so hard. Rodney and his humor were not only funny but also inspiring. You always got my RESPECT buddy! Keep em laughing in heaven! My condolences to his family.

Nobody brought comedy down to earth like you did through the years. You gave us a little heaven on earth while you were here. With all due respect, I laughed when I read your obituary. R.E.S.P.E.C.T. and R.I.P. (Rodney In Peace)
Lots of Love

I was deeply saddened by Rodneys passing. I am sure he is keeping them laughing wherever he is! ( and I am sure it is a better place because he is there ! ) Thank You.

Dear Rodney,
I will miss you so much! You have brought me years of laughter, and I try to emulate you in my own comedy routines. May God bless you and your family, and keep 'em laughing, Pal!
Sincerely,
Frank Glassmire

So many jokes - So little time, you are already missed. I only hope to sometime sit in your audience again. Your family is in our thoughts and prayers. Good Luck entertaining the "Big Guy"...
